Jason Shaw2 September 2026I've never written a review for any company, but I had to for this one. Absolutely phenomenal experience-the kind of service we used to experience, if you know what I mean! Complete transparency, trustworthy, fair priced, and amazing work ethic. MJ went above and beyond for my family. I'm sure I'm not alone in the expense of raising a family nowadays. Our AC went out in the hottest week of the year 105+!!!! Terrible timing and financial times are putting it way too lightly. MJ showed up completely professional and understanding of the situation. We were able to come to an agreement, and he got us on the schedule immediately. Rodolfo and Abel showed up the next day and installed our AC unit. Again, professional guys, they respect your household, just what you want to expect but falls way too short these days. I would absolutely trust this company's ability to not only give you an actual fair price, but their ability to do any job in my house and anyone I know. I can't recommend them enough! Jesse and Art were among the first to come out, and Art did an especially thorough initial assessment. He was able to troubleshoot the situation, identify where the problems were coming from, and develop a plan for how the plumbing could be rerouted. I really appreciated how carefully he evaluated everything and took the time to answer my concerns. Art then passed the plan and assessment on to the master plumbers who performed the extensive work. They were **extremely competent**, and their knowledge and experience really showed. They handled plumbing throughout my entire home as well as the outside water and irrigation lines, and they were able to address the underlying issues rather than just putting temporary fixes in place. A special thank you to Art, Jesse, Ivan, Patrick, Manuel, Steven, and the other technicians whose names I may have missed. Everyone was personable, professional, hardworking, highly skilled, and respectful of my property. They also took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns throughout the project, which I really appreciated. This was a large and complicated plumbing project, but the communication, troubleshooting, and competence of the Guardian Plumbers team made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I got on the phone and luckily, I reached Guardian. The representative advised me that a tech would be reaching out within a time window. The tech reached out and advised he would be there within 45 minutes. Chase the technician arrived on time. He engaged me as I explained my narrative and listen to the details I provided. His feedback was solid, and it was evident that he was very experienced. He walked me through a couple of options. And he was completely professional and was partnered with me to solve a problem. I chose an option and he got underway. He was very organized and executed his scope on point. His work area was kept clean and safe. He was respectful of my property in the garage and he managed his work with all the items I had in the garage. After his completion he walked me through what he had done. He didn’t rush through explanations. I expressed to him that I will be asking for him if I experience any more trouble in the Plumbing scope. Great job Guardian Plumbing. I received text communication with Guardian Plumbers advising me that Alex Fernandez would be assigned to offer Plumbing services. Upon his arrival, he was a polite gentleman, and engaged in brief plesantries to build rapport with me, which I appreciated. He assesed the situation, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I agreed to have him fix the clogged sink. He discussed various tips and helpful hints to keep the drain cleared while he worked. A short time later, he was finished, and summarized his work on the sink. I thanked him for his work, and we bid each other well. Because of the age of PVC (very brittle) new material ( Flexible) was used to replace PVC. Rain or Shine they were here to dig and work on the replacement. Becky Vidaurri24 January 2026I recently installed a Bidet for my husband and thought it was leaking. We called Guardian Plummer's and they scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Chase came out to troubleshoot the supposed leak with my bidet. He thoroughly checked the bidet out and the hookups. To make a long story short. He came up to me and looked very baffled and said he couldn't find any leaking on the bidet. And I still had an option if I wanted to to reseat the bidet at a cost he quoted me. But, he honestly said that he didn't think I needed to do that because it's not leaking. I finally figured out my husband was using the controls on the bidet incorrectly causing the water to run on the floor. It was never leaking. My point is... I appreciate Chase at Guardian plummer's honesty. You don't see that too often these days. He was very pleasant and polite. And I told him I'm sorry for calling him out here for that. So before he left that day, he was able to install a water pressure regulator in my front yard to control the pressure of my water coming inside my house. Which was very high. They installed a new water heater, installed a great unit, great to work with and very respectful of my property. Was not disappointed, immediate response from website, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly service representatives arrived soon after my inquiry and diagnosed the 'root' of my drainage problem...a root being the cause of my slow drain situation. They gave us a free estimate for a new toilet installation, it was more than fair, and provided same day service. Our installer Michael was great, super polite and did a very good job. From my initial call for service until the job (replace icemaker box behind refrigerator and replacing Pressure Regulator Valve (PRV)) was completed, the communication was exceptional. He was very thorough in explaining everything and went into detail that I feel most plumbers would not willingly explain to customers. Larry V.30 August 2025I called Guardian Plumbers late on the Friday before Labor Day weekend and wasn't expecting help but boy was I surprised. I was dispatched a licensed plumber, Chris, and his apprentice, and they arrived within 30 minutes. Chris changed out the cartridge on my Tub/Shower faucet just in time for house guests on Monday. Thankfully I now have a useful Tub/Shower again with all the hot water I can stand. Guardian stepped up with great customer service, an excellent plumber, and a fair price when I needed them most. I won't hesitate to call this family owned and operated plumbing service in the future. Thanks Chris, thanks Guardian. You guys are the best.
